Does this cost include paying my tickets?
No, this cost does not include paying tickets. However, we do work hard to minimize the number of tickets that you have to pay without triggering additional suspensions.
Do these prices include traffic warrants?
Traffic warrants are a separate cost. However, our goal is to always get the driver's license restored first and resolve the traffic warrants later. Traffic warrants are an additional cost. Shouldn't I just pay my tickets on my own, wouldn't it be cheaper?
No, paying tickets could result in additional suspensions and revocations from the Secretary Of State.
Is this a refundable service?
No this is a non-fundable and non-transferable service.
What other forms of payment do you take?

How long do I have to pay everything before my account officially closes?
60 days.
What happens when customers get additional tickets after the verification appointment has been completed?
An additional $150 Re-verification fee must be paid immediately in order to move forward in our process.
What happens to my account if I have not completed paying off my tickets or Change Me after 60 days from my initial deposit?
At the 60 day mark, if all balances or tickets have not been paid, your account will be closed.
Can i reopen my account once it has been closed?
Yes, however, there is a $300 reopening fee if your account has extended beyond 90 days from your initial deposit made. If it has only extended to 90 days, from your initial deposit, it is only $150 to reopen from where you left off.
When you are ready to reopen your account, send a text message/email stating you want to reopen. Once Invoice has been sent, it must be paid immediately for communication to start back up.
